Jacquard and dobby weaving for silk blends, cotton and linen, running two shifts with an on-floor loom-state inspection bay.

Utilities and compliance
The unglamorous half
Roughly 38% of our annual electricity comes from a rooftop solar installation across the weaving and warehouse units, with grid supply and a diesel standby for the dye house.
Water for dyeing is drawn from the GIDC supply, treated before use, and 60% of process water is recovered through the tertiary polishing stage and returned to the wash boxes. Consents to operate, ETP monitoring reports and factory licences are current and available to buyers on request during an audit.
